My goal for the coaching session was to identify some blocks that I felt I had around abundance/money, that I couldn't exactly pinpoint on my own and I wanted to find a way to efficiently address them.

During the session, we identified the patterns that were showing up around my finances and were able to pinpoint the underlying belief and experiences that kept repeating the patterns, which was amazing, because it all became so clear all of a sudden!

I loved the session, I loved your energy and the way you held the container, I felt totally safe and trusting to share things with you.

It was mindblowing the way you helped me connect the dots and integrate the parts of me that were playing out the unhealthy dynamics and I loved the way we identified their needs and how to fulfill those needs.

I especially enjoyed the conclusions at the end, because they were an easy guide on how to address this dynamic in the future.
