As you reflect on your inner garden, consider which of the 5 goddess archetypes reigns your inner garden. On Day 1 of our challenge, you did a meditation where you envisioned your current inner garden state. Here are some examples of gardens that can be your starting point for the journey towards becoming the empress of love (a blossoming garden of love inside your soul).
Did you see this:
Artemis' Seed – an Icy/ winter Garden:
Your garden might have looked like an icy tundra. The white of the snow symbolizes your purity, but also a potential cold that you might have built around yourself. Maybe you saw a lone wolf that shows that you often feel alone on this journey - especially at the moment. You might have felt an icy wind that sweeps through your garden, and reflects a possible distance that prevails in your relationship with your partner. To make your garden bloom, you need to sow the seeds of connection. By opening up and showing your vulnerability, you can melt the ice barriers between you and your partner. Imagine the first rays of sunshine warming your garden and melting the ice.
Athena's Seeds – The Perfect Garden:
Your garden might have resembled a perfectly laid out labyrinth in which everything has its place. The shades of gray and the neatly trimmed hedges convey a sense of order, but they also might seem a bit sterile or lifeless. Maybe an owl perched in the branches of a tree symbolizing your wisdom, but it seems rather lonely. Maybe you saw fog over your garden concealing the beauty that could be hidden underneath. To make your garden bloom, you need to sow the seeds of spontaneity and vulnerability. Let go of the idea that you have to do everything perfectly and allow yourself to make mistakes. By embracing your feelings and discovering your spontaneity, you can build a more vibrant and fulfilling relationship with your partner
Demeter's Seeds – The Overgrown Fruit Garden:
Your garden was once a place of abundance and life. But now it seems to be withering. The many withered fruits symbolize the energy you invest in your relationships without thinking about yourself. Maybe you saw squirrel eagerly gathering supplies showing your tireless commitment to others. But you also need food for your soul. The onset of autumn reminds you that cycles end and new ones begin. To make your garden bloom again, you need to sow the seeds of self-love. Take time for yourself and make sure that your own needs are met. When you nurture yourself, you can also put your relationships on a healthier footing
Aphrodite's Seeds – The Overgrown Rose Garden:
Your garden was once a place of beauty and love. But now it seems to be withering. The withered rose petals symbolize the love you have lost for yourself. Maybe you saw a butterfly that never landed standing for your longing for a deep connection that you shy away from sometimes. Maybe you saw a hazy morning showing that you often feel insecure and don't see your own beauty. To make your garden bloom again, you need to sow the seeds of self-esteem. Love yourself as you are and allow yourself to be loved. When you recognize your own beauty, your partner will see it again.
PsycheS Seeds – The Enchanted Garden
Your garden is like an enchanted world, full of mystery and wonder. If you saw mists and shadows, these symbolize the ambiguity that reigns in your inner world. Maybe you saw a butterfly turning into a cocoon representing your transformation and growth. The moon shining through the clouds gives you hope for a better future. To brighten your garden, you must sow the seed of anchoring. Focus on the here and now and learn to turn your dreams into reality. By overcoming your fears and relying on your inner strength, you can take your relationship with your partner to a new level.
Take a moment to reflect on the following questions:
Choose one "seed of love" to focus on today. It could be a new habit, a positive affirmation, or an intention to bring more love into a specific area of your life. Write it down and commit to nurturing it for the next few weeks.
You might also consider creating a small ritual to symbolize the planting of your seed. For example, you can light a candle, hold a crystal, or spend time in nature, visualizing the growth of your seed and the blossoming of your Garden of Love.
